The Menu Launcher opens the pulldown menus of an application. These menus are roughly equivalent to the pulldown menus in Windows or Macintosh OS programs (File, Edit, View, etc.).

What if no menus appear when I do this?
Some third-party applications were not developed with the standard Palm OS API, but rather machine code for the processor inside the device. This means that they may not display menus when you access the Menu Launcher.
Is there any other way I can access the Menu Launcher?
Yes! If you have Palm OS 3.5 or higher on your device, you can. Tap on the area of the screen where the menu usually appears, and the menu will pop up.
Why won't the Menu Launcher open certain pulldown menus in the upper right corner of my screen?
These menus are "system" menus separate from the application's pulldown menus. For example, if you are in the Applications Launcher and want to view applications in the "All" category, you do not access this pulldown menu with the Menu Launcher. Rather, you tap on the category in the upper right corner of the screen (or the down-arrow beside it) to open the menu.
